Most of the plants are drawn
from the wonderful collection at Cambridge University Botanic
Gardens. The prints are aesthetically pleasing, yet scientifically
accurate plant portraits in the classic English botanical
art tradition.
Georita Harriott is known for her work on the Lavandula
Monograph published by the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew in
2004, and for the Cambridge edition of Curtis Botanical
Magazine published by Kew in 2006. She has won three RHS
gold medals.
Sets of prints have been purchased by London Zoo, Whipsnade
Zoo and the Mayor of Cambridge, for the city of Cambridge.
Cambridge University Botanic Gardens were given a set of
the Passiflora prints to hang in the glass houses, during
the Passiflora exhibit. Prints are currently on sale at
Cambridge University Botanic Gardens Shop.
